§ 4.1-10-05 — Chairman - Meetings

North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-10 Potato Council

Annually, the council shall elect one member to serve as the chairman. The chairman shall
call all meetings of the council and shall call a special meeting of the council within seven days
when petitioned to do so by three council members.
