§ 4.1-09-22 — Continuing appropriation

North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-09 Oilseed Council

The council shall forward all moneys received under this chapter to the state treasurer for
deposit in the oilseed fund. All moneys in the oilseed fund are appropriated on a continuing
basis to the council to carry out this chapter.
