North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-07 Dry Pea and Lentil Council

An assessment at the rate of one percent of the net value of dry peas and lentils is levied
upon all dry peas and lentils grown in the state or sold to a first purchaser.
