North Dakota Statutes
§ 4.1-03-16 — Continuing appropriation
The commission shall forward all moneys received under this chapter to the state treasurer
for deposit in the North Dakota beef commission fund. All moneys in the North Dakota beef
commission fund are appropriated on a continuing basis to the commission to be used
exclusively to carry out this chapter.
