§ 4.1-03-12 — Collection of assessment
1.Each livestock auction market and livestock dealer shall:
a.Collect the assessments due under this chapter by deducting the assessments
from any credit given or payment made to the seller of the cattle, at the time of
the transaction; and
b.Forward the assessments to the commission in accordance with section
