§ 39-28-05 — Disposition of fees

North Dakota·Title 39 Motor Vehicles·Ch. 39-28 Motorcycle Safety Education

Any fee collected pursuant to this chapter must be deposited by the director with the state
treasurer and credited to a special motorcycle safety education fund in the state treasury.
