political activity.
A state officer or employee who uses or drives any privately owned motor vehicle while
engaged in political activity may not collect or receive from this state any expense moneys for
the use or operation of the motor vehicle while engaged in the political activity. A state officer or
employee may not collect or receive any traveling expense reimbursement from this state for
any time spent engaging in any political activity.
