§ 39-01-06 — Collecting or receiving expense money wrongfully - Civil action for recovery - Liability of bond
- Liability of bond.
Any officer or employee who collects or receives any expense moneys in violation of section
39-01-05 is subject to a suit for the recovery of the funds wrongfully collected or received by that
person, and if that person's office or position is bonded by the state bonding fund, such fund
also is liable therefor.
