Text
1.A motorcycle must be equipped with lamps, reflective devices, and associated
equipment as required by and in compliance with standards adopted by rule of the
director.
2.A gearbox indicator light, if provided, must be located within the operator's field of
vision.
3.A headlamp beam indicator light must be located within the operator's field of vision
and illuminated automatically when the high beam of the headlamp is actuated.
4.A motorcycle must be equipped with at least one taillamp in accordance with section
39-21-04.
5.A motorcycle must be equipped with a stop lamp in accordance with subsection 1 of
section 39-21-19.
