Text
Notwithstanding section 39-24.1-01 or 39-24.1-06, when the operator of a snowmobile is
involved in an accident resulting in the death or serious bodily injury, as defined in section
12.1-01-04, of another person, and there is probable cause to believe that the operator is in
violation of subdivision c of subsection 5 of section 39-24-09, the operator may be compelled by
a law enforcement officer to submit to a chemical test.
