Text
Except as hereinafter provided, no person may operate any snowmobile unless the
snowmobile has been registered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
Any snowmobile purchased after July 1, 1973, must be titled under the provisions of chapter
39-05 in order to be operated under the provisions of this section. Any snowmobile purchased
prior to July 1, 1973, may be titled under the provisions of chapter 39-05.
