Text
1.Every motor vehicle must be equipped with at least two headlamps with at least one
on each side of the front of the motor vehicle, which headlamps must comply with the
requirements and limitations set forth in this chapter.
2.Every headlamp upon every motor vehicle must be located at a height measured from
the center of the headlamp of not more than fifty-four inches [137.16 centimeters] nor
less than twenty-four inches [60.96 centimeters] to be measured as set forth in
subsection 2 of section 39-21-02.
