Text
Unless a cash bond is furnished in an amount sufficient to cover the charges for
extraordinary use of highways, streets, and roads, as provided in section 39-12-18, together
with the costs which may be collectible under any subsequent settlement made pursuant to
section 39-12-14.1, said vehicle must be held until a trial of the case can be had before the
district court.
