Text
1.A pedestrian shall obey the instructions of any official traffic-control device specially
applicable to the pedestrian, unless otherwise directed by a police officer.
2.Pedestrians are subject to traffic-control and pedestrian-control signals as provided for
in sections 39-10-05 and 39-10-06.
