§ 39-08-15 — Director of the department of transportation to tabulate and analyze crash reports
reports.
The director shall tabulate and may analyze all crash reports and shall publish annually, or
at more frequent intervals, statistical information based thereon as to the number and
circumstances of traffic crashes.
