Text
The director shall adopt rules for the issuance and enforcement of out-of-service orders.
The rules must be in accordance with the standards and requirements of the federal
Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1986 [Pub. L. 99-570; 100 Stat. 3207-179; 49 App.
U.S.C. 2708] and 49 CFR parts 383 and 392.
