Text
A person may not rent a motor vehicle to another individual until the lessor has inspected
the operator's license of the individual to whom the vehicle is to be rented, or of the individual by
whom the vehicle shall be driven, and compared and verified the signature on the operator's
license with the signature of the individual written in the lessor's presence.
