Upon an individual's successful completion of an approved adult treatment court program, if
ordered by the district court, the director shall reinstate the driving privileges of the individual for
any noncommercial license suspension or revocation imposed under law. A reinstatement fee is
not required for reinstatement of driving privileges under this section.
