Text
1.A period of revocation is at least thirty days and not more than one year, unless
otherwise provided by law.
2.The director shall revoke for a period of one year or for a period as may be
recommended by the trial court, the operator's license of an individual upon receiving a
record of the individual's conviction of any of the following offenses:
a.A felony in which a motor vehicle was used in the commission of the felony.
b.A misdemeanor resulting from the operation of a motor vehicle and causing
serious bodily injury, as defined in section 12.1-01-04, to another individual.
c.The making of a false affidavit or statement under oath to the director under this
chapter or under any other law relating to the ownership or operation of motor
vehicles.
