Text
If an individual is convicted of any offense for which this chapter requires the revocation of
the operator's license of that individual by the director, the court of the conviction shall require
the surrender to the court of any operator's license then held by the convicted individual. The
court shall then forward the operator's license and a record of the conviction to the director.
