Text
1.Upon receiving a record of the conviction or adjudication in this state of a nonresident
driver of a motor vehicle of any offense under the motor vehicle laws of this state, or
an equivalent ordinance, the director may notify the licensing authority in the state in
which the nonresident resides or is licensed.
2.If a nonresident's operating privilege is suspended or revoked under the law of this
state, the director shall notify the licensing authority in the state in which the
nonresident resides or is licensed.
