Text
The director may renew an operator's license issued to an individual who is a resident of
this state or to a spouse who is a resident of this state, if the individual or spouse is out of state
as a result of the employment of the individual or the other spouse with a governmental entity or
a business organization, including the United States armed forces or foreign service. The
director shall develop procedures and requirements for a renewal under this section.
