§ 39-05-27 — Vehicle dealer to have certificate of title or other documentary evidence to prove possession

Every vehicle dealer shall have in the dealer's possession a separate certificate of title
assigned to such dealer or other documentary evidence of the dealer's right to the possession
of every vehicle in the dealer's possession.
