Text
There is created in the state treasury a capitol building access card fund. The fund consists
of any fees received by the superintendent for the issuance of capitol building access cards.
The superintendent shall establish policies regarding the issuance of capitol building access
cards and may charge a fee of ten dollars for each access card issued to an individual who is
not an employee of the state of North Dakota. All moneys in the fund are appropriated to the
highway patrol on a continuing basis for costs associated with the issuance of capitol building
access cards and capitol complex security needs.
