§ 39-03-02 — State highway patrol superintendent appointed by governor - Duties
The governor shall appoint a state highway patrol superintendent who shall enforce the
provisions of the laws of this state relating to the protection and use of the highways in this state
and the operation of motor and other vehicles upon such highways.
