§ 3-02-17 — Limitation of duties of licensed real estate agents
The duties of real estate brokers and real estate salespersons, who are licensed under
chapter 43-23, and the civil liabilities arising from the duties, are limited to those duties set forth
in chapter 43-23 or under rules adopted under that chapter.
