§ 28-25-03 — Before whom examination held
North Dakota·Title 28 Judicial Procedure, Civil·Ch. 28-25 Proceedings Supplementary to the Execution
The examination may be had before the court or before a referee appointed by the court. If
the judgment debtor is a resident of a judicial district other than that from which the execution
issued, the court may refer the examination to the district court of the county of the debtor's
residence.
