Text
If a person who is entitled to maintain any of the actions affecting real estate mentioned in this chapter, or entitled to interpose a defense or counterclaim to such an action, or entitled to make an entry upon real property is:
1.Under the age of eighteen years;
2.Insane; or
3.Imprisoned on a criminal charge, or in execution upon conviction of a criminal offense
for a term less than for life,
at the time the person's title first descends or the person's claim for relief or right of entry first
accrues, or when such defense or counterclaim might be interposed, the time of such disability
is not a part of the time in this chapter limited for the commencement of such action, or the
making of such entry, or the interposing of such defense or counterclaim. However, the time so
