§ 28-25-02 — Where examination held
North Dakota·Title 28 Judicial Procedure, Civil·Ch. 28-25 Proceedings Supplementary to the Execution
The examination must be held in the county where the judgment debtor resides, if the
judgment debtor is a resident of the state. Otherwise, it may be held where ordered by the court.
