§ 28-24-11 — Debtor entitled to rents during redemption period
The debtor under an execution or foreclosure sale of the debtor's property is entitled to the
possession, rents, use, and benefit of the property sold from the date of the sale until the
expiration of the period of redemption except as provided by section 32-19-19.
