Text
If any taxes, assessments, insurance premiums, utility charges, or other items are paid by
the purchaser or by a redemptioner, or if the purchaser or redemptioner has or acquired any lien
other than that on which the sale or redemption was made, written notice of that item must be
given to the sheriff and if that notice is not given to the sheriff, the property may be redeemed
without paying the amount shown in the notice of additional lien.
