§ 28-22-10 — Selection after appraisal

If the appraisement of the whole property or of any class of alternative exemptions exceeds
the limitation in value of that which may be claimed by the debtor as exempt, the debtor, or the
debtor's agent or attorney, may select therefrom such property as the debtor, or the debtor's
agent or attorney, may wish within such limitations.
