§ 28-20-26 — Partial satisfaction
A partial satisfaction of a judgment may be made and noted upon the records in like manner
as a full satisfaction, and thereupon the judgment and all liens thereby created must be taken
and deemed to be canceled and discharged to the extent of the entries so made upon the
judgment docket.
