§ 28-03-06 — Liability for costs of guardian ad litem appointed for a defendant
No person appointed a guardian for the purpose of defending an action brought against an
infant or person of unsound mind is liable for the costs of such action, unless specially charged
by order of the court resulting from a personal misfeasance by the guardian.
