Text
1.The attorney general may make a grant to or contract with a unit of state or local
government, tribal government, or nongovernmental victims service organization to
develop or expand service programs for victims.
2.A recipient of a grant or contract under subsection 1 shall report annually to the
attorney general the number and demographic information of all victims receiving
services under the grant or contract.
