§ 97-8 — Prior injuries and deaths unaffected
North Carolina·Ch. 97 Workers' Compensation Act
The provisions of this Article shall not apply to injuries or deaths, nor to accidents which occurred prior to July 1, 1929. (1929, c. 120, s. 9.)
