Text

No contract or agreement, written or implied, no rule, regulation, or other device shall in any manner operate to relieve an employer in whole or in part, of any obligation created by this Article, except as herein otherwise expressly provided. (1929, c. 120, s. 7.) § 97-6.1: Repealed by 1991 (Regular Session, 1992), c. 1021, s. 4.
