Alimony without action may be allowed by confession of judgment under G.S. 1A-1, Rule 68.1. (1967, c. 1152, s. 2; 1985, c. 689, s. 19.) § 50-16.11: Repealed by Session Laws 1995, c. 319, s. 1.
