The Law-Enforcement Officers' Benefit and Retirement Fund, as contained in Article 12 of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes and the laws of this State, is hereby transferred by a Type II transfer to the Department of State Treasurer. (1977, 2nd Sess., c. 1204, s. 1.) §§ 143A-39 through 143A-42: Repealed by Session Laws 1993, c. 522, s.
