§ 143A-10 — Governor; continuation of powers and duties; staff

North Carolina·Ch. 143A State Government Reorganization·Art. 1 General Provisions
All powers, duties and functions vested by law in the Governor or in the office of Governor are continued, except as otherwise provided by this Chapter. The immediate staff of the Governor shall not be subject to the North Carolina Human Resources Act. (1971, c. 864, s. 1; 2006-203, s. 100; 2013-382, s. 9.1(c).)
