§ 143A-16 — Transfer of funds by Governor

North Carolina·Ch. 143A State Government Reorganization·Art. 1 General Provisions
To implement this Chapter, the Governor shall have authority to transfer all or a part of any appropriations or funds of an agency to the department to which such agency is transferred. (1971, c. 864, s. 21.) § 143A-17: Repealed by Session Laws 1993 (Reg. Sess., 1994), c. 769, s. 11.
