§ 14-408 — Violation of § 14-406 a misdemeanor
North Carolina·Ch. 14 Criminal Law·Art. 52A Sale of Weapons in Certain Counties·Subch. XI GENERAL POLICE REGULATIONS
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of G.S. 14-406 shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
