In an action brought by or against a married person, judgment may be given against such married person for costs or damages or both, to be levied and collected solely out of such married person's separate estate or property. (Rev., s. 563; C.S., s. 603; 1977, c. 545.) §§ 1-224 through 1-227. Repealed by Session Laws 1967, c. 954, s. 4.
