§ 61-9-522 — Airbag Fraud Penalty
61-9-522 . Airbag fraud penalty. A person who violates 61-9-437 is guilty of airbag fraud and upon conviction shall be fined not more than $1,000, imprisoned for not more than 6 months, or both.
