45-9-105 . Altering labels on dangerous drugs.
(1)A person commits the offense of altering labels on dangerous drugs if the person affixes a false, forged, or altered label to or otherwise misrepresents a package or receptacle containing a dangerous drug, as defined in 50-32-101 .
(2)The offense of altering labels on dangerous drugs includes falsely labeling or otherwise misrepresenting marijuana or a marijuana product, as those terms are defined in 16-12-102 , as hemp, as defined in 80-18-101 .
