3-9-106 . Administrative procedure act and rules of evidence applicable. All proceedings and hearings before the workers' compensation judge shall be in accordance with the appropriate provisions of the Montana Administrative Procedure Act. The workers' compensation judge is bound by common law and statutory rules of evidence.
