3-9-104 . Operating expenses. The workers' compensation judge may employ such employees as may be required to carry out the duties under this part. All expenditures of the workers' compensation judge, including but not limited to salaries, traveling expenses, office rent, office equipment, and supplies, shall be paid out of the workers' compensation administration fund.
