20-8-104 . Eligibility of children for admittance. In order to be eligible for services from the Montana school for the deaf and blind, a child may not yet have reached 22 years of age and must be identified under a category of disability related to hearing or vision pursuant to the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. 1414.
