§ 85-7-2161 — Action To Quiet Title In District
85-7-2161 . Action to quiet title in district. If any such lands are conveyed to any irrigation district, it may maintain an action to quiet title to said lands in said district in the manner provided by the laws of Montana for quieting title to real property.
