§ 85-7-1008 — Final Decree Of Dissolution -- When Made
85-7-1008 . Final decree of dissolution -- when made. Whenever all the property of such irrigation district shall have been disposed of and all the obligations thereof, if any there be, shall have been discharged, the court shall enter a final decree declaring said district to be dissolved.
